So argues Chief Justice John Roberts in his majority opinion. So, the joke’s on us, is that it? I’m having a hard time deciding if Roberts intended this to be the equivalent of Obama’s snide “above my paygrade” retort.

If Obama loses it’s because the economy is a mess. But to be honest, if the economy were not in bad shape I suspect the American people in their “wisdom” would bring him back. Let us pray that Obama loses. It already feels like I’m living in a different country. Four more years and this isn’t America any more. I’m really sick of this all, but especially of that socialist SOB.
