Thank you. Little man is sleeping better now that he’s feeling better. It still usually involves coming into bed with me in the middle of the night, but he’s so big so fast I don’t mind in some ways. I had met a woman who had D&C after the baby was already dead, but her body had not yet purge him. I also had an 8 weeks miscarriage, I was actually never really pregnant. In my case it was merely disappointing.
No, nobody will ban D&C.
I usually read the first two sentences about Gosnell, and tune out. It’s sickening.

But most would prefer to watch the faux dramas of reality tv unfold and cry crocodile tears than experience real tragedy. What’s the word? Catharsis. At least the ancient Greeks wrote giant dramas compared to our puny versions.

agreed on busying myself with extra family stuff. That baby isn’t sleeping as well also helps keep me away. And I’m ok with that ; ) So we’re eating well. Crafting more. And currently working through piles in the basement! Anything, it seems, to remain in denial! ; )
