Mel Gibson may be a complete ass, but Eric Holder is dangerous

And Mad Max didn’t swear to uphold the Constitution or to enforce our laws (equally for all people regardless of race).

A short summary from the Hillbuzz  boys in case you’ve missed the nonexistent MSM coverage of the DOJ insanity:

The general public is not aware that Holder ordered the Justice Department to shut down its prosecution of Black Panthers in Philadelphia who intimidated voters at polling places on Election Day in 2008 — to help Obama win the presidency.  Testimony from Justice Department officials has revealed a policy under Holder not to prosecute blacks accused of crimes against whites.  Black people are not to be prosecuted, and, under Holder, are to be treated by a different set of laws than whites.

If you’ve forgotten, a group of racist thugs decided to intimidate voters while swinging bats outside of polls in November 2008.  (Um, that’s illegal.)

Had those racist thugs been white, it would have been a problem

Since said racist thugs were black, the Obama-powers-that-be at the DOJ decided to drop the charges against them (after they were found guilty) because it was “payback time.”  Former DOJ attorney J Christian Adams:

Some of my co-workers argued that the law should not be used against black wrongdoers because of the long history of slavery and segregation. Less charitable individuals called it “payback time.” Incredibly, after the case was dismissed, instructions were given that no more cases against racial minorities like the Black Panther case would be brought by the Voting Section.

Refusing to enforce the law equally means some citizens are protected by the law while others are left to be victimized, depending on their race. Core American principles of equality before the law and freedom from racial discrimination are at risk.

While testifying (which his bosses at the DOJ tried to prevent him from doing), Adams said:

“I was told by Voting Section management that cases are not going to be brought against black defendants [for] the benefit of white victims.”

Isn’t it always nice to know that the law applies equally to us all?

King Samir Shabazz was one of the thugs swinging a billy club.  In addition to his call for the killing of “white crackers” and “their babies,” the charming Mr. Shabazz feels black “liberation” can only come at a bloody cost:

“I’m about the total destruction of white people. I’m about the total liberation of black people. I hate white people. I hate my enemy… The only thing the cracker understands is violence… The only thing the cracker understands is gunpowder. You got to take violence to violence.”

(Charmer, indeed.)

The Hillbuzz guys see this as the tipping point for the race-baiting Obami.

Michelle Malkin:

If a Tea Party activist threatened to kill the babies of his political opponents, it wouldn’t just be front-page news. It would be the subject of Democrat-led congressional investigations, a series of terrified New York Times columns about the perilous “climate of hate,” a Justice Department probe by Attorney General Eric Holder, a domestic terror alert from Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, and another Important Teachable Moment Speech/Summit from Healer-in-Chief Barack Obama.

But with the racism shoe on the other foot, Team Obama and its media water-carriers are exhibiting the very racial cowardice Holder once purported to condemn. Thanks to Obama’s feckless Department of Injustice, these black supremacist brutes are free to show up on the next national Election Day at polling places in full paramilitary regalia with nightsticks, hurling racist, anti-American epithets at those exercising their right to vote and at those protecting the integrity of the electoral process.

Yet we’ll hear more from the MSM about Mad Max’s vile private conversations than we ever will about King Samir Shabazz and why the Obama DOJ decided to drop all charges against him only because of the color of his skin.  A “payback” of sorts.

Payback?  Oh, yes.

In November.

There are no words.  Just watch the leader of the New Black Panther Party joke about the whole damn thing.
